All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Because our ebooks and printables are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, viewed, and used immediately, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

Exceptions

We will offer a replacement or refund in the following limited situations:

• You received a corrupted or unusable file
• You were charged more than once for the same order by mistake
• The item you received is significantly different from what was described or shown in the product listing

How to Request Help

If you run into one of the situations above, contact us at contact@shamitrends.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll review each request individually and do our best to make it right.

Before You Buy
