    I think snacks are a must! My husband was starving at my first birth. And also a flannel to wet and place on your forehead. It was so hot in the hospital!

  12. This is an excellent list for prepping to give birth. I have given birth vaginally times 3 kids and that’s just how it was done back then. I see now they are so many other ways to do pregnancy and birth, and I love learning more about each method. This method resonates most with me and is totally what I would have had in my bag to go!
